1. Eligibility and Responsibility

You must be at least 13 years or older to be using our products. You must comply with [Discord's TOS](https://discord.com/terms), and agree to provide the required information to use per requested.

2. The Service

Nexus Modding Provides Mods for VR games. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any of these things at any time, and it is not guaranteed that these things will be in service for long time.

3. No Refunds

**ALL SALES ARE FINAL.** Nexus Modding does not provide refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to partial use, dissatisfaction, accidental purchase, downtime, feature changes, or account termination.

4. Termination

You may stop using Nexus Modding at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, or if we believe your actions deem reasonable to termination, such as **sharing paid products outside of the server**, **leaking private intel**, or other.
